Fat Dog oysters are cultivated in New Hampshire’s Great Bay system, a beautiful inland estuary, which is connected to the ocean by the Piscataqua River and terminates in the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. Great Bay is a true New England treasure, and among its many accolades, has been named “an estuary of national significance.”
