Founded in 2006, Norumbega Oysters grows some of the finest oysters on the Damariscotta River in midcoast Maine. Available in cocktail (2.5 – 3") and choice (3 – 3.5") sizes, Norumbegas offer a balance of sweet and salty minerality thanks to the Damariscotta's brackish tidal flow.​
